Field Note No. 1Visit planning

A visit list that knows why each field matters today.

Each morning the app builds a visit list from flags the branch has reviewed, plus routine pre-harvest checks. The reason for every visit is on the card, so the officer arrives knowing what to look at.

Fewer kilometres, more fields seen.

Visits in the same village are grouped and ordered along the roads the officer actually uses. On a typical day that turns three scattered trips into one loop.

Field Note No. 3Photo evidence

Photos that prove where they were taken.

Every photo carries its location and time, and is checked against the parcel boundary before it is filed.

Photos taken outside the parcel are marked, not rejected, because a farmer may meet the officer at the road. The loan file shows what was seen and where.

The conversation is part of the record.

Short structured questions cover what imagery cannot: irrigation source, pest damage, whether the farmer has filed an insurance claim, and whether they want to discuss the repayment schedule. A free note captures the rest.

  • Voice notes for officers who prefer to speak
  • Works in Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Gujarati
  • Notes visible to the branch manager the same day
