Repayments timed to the harvest.
Crop calendars per district, adjusted by each parcel's actual sowing date, with reminders that arrive after the sale and partial payments handled as progress.
Every district has its own calendar.
Deagrifi keeps a crop calendar for each district you lend in: typical sowing windows, crop duration and harvest windows for Kharif and Rabi crops, drawn from agriculture department advisories and past seasons of imagery.
- Soybean
- Sown late June, harvested mid to late October
- Cotton
- Sown June to July, picked in rounds October to January
- Kharif onion
- Transplanted July to August, harvested November
- Rabi onion
- Transplanted December, harvested March to April
Then each parcel adjusts the calendar.
A farmer who sowed two weeks late will harvest two weeks late. When imagery confirms the actual sowing date, the expected harvest window for that parcel moves with it, and so does the reminder.
- Sowing date taken from imagery, not only from the loan form
- Harvest window shown as a range, never a single day
- Branch can override any date with a note

Partial payment recorded · 06 Nov
₹24,000
of ₹38,400
Next reminder moved to 20 Nov, after the second market trip. No penalty message sent while the farmer is paying.
Partial payments are progress, not default.
Farmers often sell in more than one trip, especially cotton and onion. When a part payment is posted in your core banking system, the next reminder moves to the next expected sale instead of repeating.
- Part payments read from your loan system or uploaded file
- No reminder escalation while payments are coming in
- Crops with stress flags are held for review before any reminder
